Terms of Service

By accessing or using PineWiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

PineWiz is an AI-powered tool that converts natural-language trading strategy descriptions into Pine Script code for use on TradingView. The service includes strategy creation, code generation, conversational refinement, and code management features.

• You must create an account and start a paid subscription (or trial) to use PineWiz.
• Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Usage is subject to plan limits (strategies, API calls) which may change as the service evolves.

Access to PineWiz requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed in advance:

• Pro — $20 / month or $200 / year (USD, net of tax).
• Power — see the pricing page for the current rate.

Taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are added at checkout by our payment processor, Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

New subscribers may start a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. During the trial you may generate up to 1 strategy or indicator and use up to 7 API credits — a deliberately small sample, not intended for production use.

On day 8 your card will be automatically charged for the first paid period ($20 monthly or $200 annual, depending on the plan you selected) and your account will be upgraded to full plan limits. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends in your Paddle customer portal.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal trading scripts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated code as a commercial product
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

PineWiz does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The code generated by our service is a tool, not a recommendation. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make using strategies created with PineWiz. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Always backtest thoroughly and trade at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the strategy descriptions you submit and the Pine Script code generated from them. However, you acknowledge that similar code may be generated for other users with similar strategy descriptions.

PineWiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be free of bugs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time,

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PineWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading activities using generated code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including any unused portion of a billing period. We do not issue refunds for accidental renewals, unused features, or change of mind. By starting a subscription you acknowledge and accept this policy.

The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate PineWiz before any charge. You may cancel during the trial to avoid being billed. After the trial converts to a paid period, you may cancel future renewals at any time, but the current period is not prorated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal (linked from your account on the pricing page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until that date, and no further charges will be made. After the period ends, your account is downgraded to a locked state: your saved strategies remain readable, but you cannot generate or modify scripts until you re-subscribe.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
